Job responsibilities include the following:
- Maintain financial records (Bookkeeping) using various software (Xero, Quick book, VT, Sage 50 and Excel)
- Analyse financial data using different analysis tools and techniques
- Prepare financial statements with disclosures
- Compute Taxes
- Draft letters and other necessary documents for correspondence
- Experience of preparing companies financial statements and annual accounts for owner managed businesses.
- Prepare VAT / Income tax returns
- Update monthly payroll using Sage 50 payroll software
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Efficient, honest, and has a high level of integrity and work ethic.
- Bookkeeping and Payroll responsibilities
- Review and report on daily reports, perform weekly monthly closing on due dates
- Any other tasks tht may be assigned
Requirements:
- ACCA Affiliate/Part qualified, MCOM, ICMA Finalist, B.COM
- Experience in Saudia based firm is preferred
- Expertise in Xero, Sage 50, Quickbook and Excel are preferable
- Minimum 2 year experience in a reputable organization in a similar role in an IT based setup
- Strong analytical, communication, and computer skills
- Understanding of accounting and financial processes
- Ethical and professional behaivour.
- Familiar with Arabic Language, plus point
