We are looking for a bright and gregarious individual who can help maintain the dynamic schedules of the Concepts leadership, provide organizational skills with a disciplined approach, and support the foundational culture of our design studio.


As a administrative assistant, you will…


  • Provide calendar support to up to 3 design directors
  • Perform administrative support for budgets, invoice coding and invoice tracking with internal and external vendors
  • Book and manage travel for directors through Egencia
  • Submit and track expense reports for directors through Concur
  • Review monthly expense reports for reclassing and accruals
  • Facilitate team support for events, meetings, trainings, seminars and activities for Concepts team
  • Coordinate routine projects that support department or cross-functional Store Development initiatives
  • Coordinate on-boarding immersions and experience for new Partners
  • Coordinate on-boarding immersions for new interns
  • Acts as point person for all team coordination both externally and cross-functionally
  • Serve as a point of contact for departmental inquiries
  • Generate reports and update team databases when needed
  • Support the project management tracking tool for resource planning
