Requirements:
Female
Bachelor of law degree from a reputable university with minimum GPA 3.0/4.0
Having Advocate license (is an advantage)
Having experience in law firm or other legal industry at least 3 (three) years
Having knowledge in Indonesian corporate and procedural law
Fluent in English, both in oral and written
Able to analyze problem and offer workable solution
A personable manner, ability to work well in a team
Strong interpersonal and communication skill
The ambition to advance in their career
Able to perform under challenging deadlines
Job descriptions:
Providing Legal Advice to Client
Assisting Client in general corporate transaction
Preparing and drafting legal contract, legal opinion, any other related documents
