Responsibility
PO handling: Prepare and issue out POs correctly and timely
Expediting: Ensure delivery of goods in a timely manner
Ensure accuracy of DNs and carry out Goods Receipt with relevant teams
Payment handling: Proofreading delivery notes and invoice
Prepare all required documents for payments
Liaise and coordinate with vendors and Finance Department for payments
Ensure payments are done without delays
Assist the team or other departments in claim
Admin supports within the team
Requirement
Higher Diploma in Procurement, Logistics, Finance or Accounting
1-2 years experience in Purchasing, Expediting or Accounting
Fresh graduate will also be considered
Experience in handling SAP is a plus
Able to handle multi-tasks and meet tight deadlines
Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Five Day Work, Fresh Graduates are also welcome
Immediate available will be an advantage
